Let’s uncover what our life can be like if we truly trust God and surrender our need to control a little more, knowing that God only wants to provide joy in our lives.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
After 30 years of work on Wall Street, Joan answered God’s invitation and accepted a position as the Director of Mission Advancement at the Ronkonkoma Cenacle. She now companions others along their spiritual journey as a spiritual director and supervisor. As the bereavement coordinator she facilitates bereavement groups several times a year for her parish and she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Theology. Joan also guides individuals through the 19th Annotation of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises and conducts retreats – just like todays! Please welcome, Joan McGovern.
