What triggers you to do more?  A balanced life requires us to identify those actions draining our energy.  We need to minimize the “doing” and savor “being.”  Explore how to discern the movement in your daily life…is your heart drawing you to the Divine or are you driven by your ego?  Feel the freedom to know the difference.

This is a 90 minute virtual retreat with a maximum group size of 25 persons. All retreatants will be visible as there will be time for group sharing.
